"U.S. to boost combat force in Afghanistan"

In case you've been living in a bubble, I've linked this report in the L.A. Times that outlines the Obama administration's plans for continual occupation of Afghanistan over the course of his presidency. It's all here folks: increased troop levels, private contractors (mercenaries), rampant corruption on both sides of the occupation equation, and the inevitable bloodbath that will always occur when one society attempts to violently impose its will on another.

"B-b-b-but Obama promised he would bring peace to the Middle East", befuddles the still-drunk-on-the-road-to-power (and serfdom) naive American progressive.

You fools should have read his foreign policy outline before prostituting yourselves in front of his carefully-constructed, coldly-calculated aura of public persona.

Of course, libertarians didn't need a current article from the L.A. Times or any other sort of establishment news outlet to accurately predict the War Machine's next moves. A carefully thought-out interpretation of history that emphasizes the struggle between liberty and power as the defining forces that shape human events is what ultimately sets libertarians apart from the rest of the motley, ragged bunch of losers attempting to interpret history.

Speaking of history, here is a nice little article to end such a sad but utterly predictable subject: President Obama's malicious war on the Afghan people.
